The facility was nice and clean and as you walk thru the facility, all the employees we ran across greeted us. If you do not mind the cigarette smoke you will be ok. The only thing about the Casino is there is smoking. The hotel looked very nice, we didn't stay. We enjoyed every bite and will definitely go back. The desserts were fabulous! Besides the buffet desserts, they will make you a milk shake or a bananas foster! These extra things are all included at the price of the buffet. Besides the buffet, they will make you a burger, reuben, Hot brown and even quesadas. We didn't eat any of that, there are so many other things to choose from. Make sure your players club card is inserted in the slot machine. The only thing that didn't look all that appetizing was the salad. Horseshoe Casino will comp a buffet based on 30 minutes play.
